  • Products are typically dispatched within 2 working days from the time the order is placed.  
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Focasi is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
