  2. The product must be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
  3. Valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.

    • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Conditions Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Minor cosmetic damages that do not affect product functionality.
  • Products reported after 10 days of delivery.
